- a three-dimensional machine to check both dimensional and geometrical tolerances very difficult to measure with traditional inspection means.
- A contour tracer machine to control the thread profiles.
We are able to edit an inspection report (printed on paper) including the thread contour as a quality guarantee.
Optical sighting control device (contactless) to check external dimensions of a part.
This device is used :
- For final inspection before we ship the part,
- Or for series start, as heats attendants check each first part before we launch the series production.
We also ensure conformity and calibration of all our inspection means.
