Conduction, also known as electro-upsetting allows to repel up to 20 times the initial diameter.
Forging advantages are numerous, moreover when the material is expensive such as for duplex, super duplex, stainless steel, Inconel, copper and above all titanium.

- Raw material saving, as forging allows to get close to the final shape of the part.
- Time saving in machining operation as forging reduces then tool passages
