Means :

• 25 NC lathes including:
• 3-axis dual spindle lathe
• Dual spindle lathe
• Robotised lathe
• 5-axis lathe
• 4 machining centres (including 2 palletised)
• Turning capacity: ø 8 to 350mm
• Length: up to 3m

Use of techniques:

• SPC (Statistics Process Control) for improved control of manufacturing processes
• SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) to optimise our OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

Use of Solidworks and Mastercam software allowing rapid exchanges with our customers and optimization of the manufacturing processes
