Hot forging

Means :

• 5 screw presses from 100 to 800 tons.
• Induction heating ensuring perfect control of forging parameters.
• Heating by conduction: 1 electric mill stand making it possible to upset up to 20 times the initial diameter.

Capabilities:

Diam. head: 12 to 225mm. ø body: 8 to 110mm. Length: up to 1m.

• Improvement of mechanical properties (fibre compliance).
  

Use of \'Forge 3\' software to perform feasibility and industrialisation simulations. Production of carbide or special steel tools is fully integrated. The temperature control systems ensure the quality of the forging.
