  In order to ensure optimum lead times, we have invested in a finite-capacity time management tool (Temppro). This allows us optimum management of tight deadlines. Right from when the sales proposal is made, our software assesses the ability of our production unit to manufacture your products. This information is transmitted to the tool handling finite-capacity time management, which can thus anticipate and spread out a heavy workload over time, providing concrete solutions, such as a period of 3/8 shift work during bottle-necks, an increase in workforce, investment in specialised machines, etc. We also anticipate increased workloads for our sub-contractors (heat treatment, surface treatment), in order to meet the production lead times agreed with our customers.
• Logistics We can handle your logistics management for you thanks to the production plan, materials, delivery lead times, place of delivery, modular finite-capacity time management software (Temppro) etc..

We simplify our administrative processing using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) the purpose of which is to integrate the company\'s various functions in a configured centralised computer system.

We can handle your logistics constraints for you via partial or total management of your stocks with deliveries right where you need them.

We implement a purchasing and sourcing policy. This operates under several forms :

• Standard, ensuring several criteria are complied with (choice of suppliers, product approval, etc.)
• Our ANDRE LAURENT INTERNATIONAL (SHANGHAI) TRADING Co., Ltd trading platform in China, to supply standard or special products for the Western or Asiatic markets
• Our company, FIDEMECA, in Morocco, for the supply of blanks and \"reduced cost\" mechanical components in strict compliance with our quality commitments.
